Necessary Hardware:

CUDA will run on any of the 8000 , 9000, and 200-Series graphics cards and all future Nvidia cards that have at least 256 MB of local graphics memory. You will also require an update to the latest Nvidia graphics driver to enable CUDA and PhysX on your card.

How Can I Have CUDA?:

Nvidia currently has CUDA available for download on their web site. They include the CUDA driver, CUDA toolkit and CUDA SDK. Nvidia also offers very detailed white papers for developing with CUDA and has employees that are active in their forums, helping developers with their programming problems.
