NTLDR is missing press any key to restart

Hi,

I have just tried loading a hard drive from my old machine and put it into a newer machine. When booting up I get the message NTLDR is missing, press any key to restart.....

Any ideas on why or what this means and how I can fix it? :confused:

reinstall windows.. or look for a huge thread that's somewhere here and has a ton of people talking about it
