Am I the only one who thought that both games had the worst endings of the year....you couldnt of made them worse....Halo 2 had slightly more story than HL2 but HL2 had better gfx


argh i was severely disapointed

not disapointed in anything but halo 2.. half-life 2 was nothing short of marvelous.

i hated the ending

yes i was drooling on the graphics

they had 6 years to work on it...I wanted some more story in it.

and there was plenty of time to iron out bugs.. which they didn't...

They Ironed out all of the bugs that would have had a major impact on the play. Do you have any idea how many bugs and glitches a game with that many variations on its graphics. A lot of things happen when you spend 6 years on improving the graphics. As for the story, i agree.

also they COMPLETELY reidid the source code in one year. Thats hard.

HL2 starts out wonderful, but about time Nova Prospekt rolls around, the gameplay starts to kinda go downhill

I actually think Nova Prospekt is kinda cool, but after that, going through the streets killing combine after combine. blegh

one of the most frustrating parts of the game is when you have those robot machine guns downstairs... *not upstairs with alyx* they keep knocking them down!
