other than the "$shopping$", ugly ads and the word advertisement on there more than real content, it looks nice; much improved...

yeah i think its awesome. you may consider changing the font color slightly though on the right hand side.. the white/grey text over orange irritates my eyes a bit, sort of difficult to read. of course, that may be just me, and i cant think of another color that would tie in with the rest of the scheme...

definitley more modern and attractive.

I agree with Dragon, it looks sweet however a minor font change might be good cause the orange/white does strain the eyes a bit.
