How Do You Send Messages To A Certain IP Adress?
Okay I need to beable to send a message to certain IP adress just cuz I need to let them know I am on there ass
 Do you make a text file and save it as something...I forgot the File extension name...sorry..I think it starts with a B or some crap like that If this is against the forum rules I will delete this post..
