i wanna know if anyone can tell me which processor is the best for overclocking and stays stable using just air cooling.

I'm running a celeron 700@820. air cooled and very stable.

the pentium 4 processors with northwood core ( the ones with the A behind the Core Speed f.e. P4 1800A) they overclock very stable and with aircooling up to bout 700 to 800 mhz :o

but you'll need some proper mobo and RAM

for mobo i recommend asus
