this aint rocket science people...water cooling kits cant handle temps that low, it would crack and spill all over cracking everything...but if you made yourself all the equipment out of thick gauge steel, not aluminum (we dont want to crack the processor), and overclock it enough we could stabilize the temp right above the lowest the ceramic could handle...we could make cray jealous!!!!!!! (:P to cray)

ya, sooner or later it will return into it's gazeous existance cause CO2 is only in the ice form if you take it to a very low temp. if ya go over this temp, it begins to melt and become gas, but during this process (as your physics teacher can explain to you more accurate) it takes power (in form of heat) from its surrounding, so it can be used to cool a cpu, but not as final solution like a watercooling or vapochill, this probably only works if ya mobo is lying flat and the frozen CO2 is put in a heatconducting box that is put onto the cpu 8)

I know someone that used liquid nitgroen to cool his Gpu. He was able to clock his geforce ddr pretty damn high before it died hard

Actually not all class C fire extiguishers use the same stuff. SPAMSome just use a dry powder that suffocates the fire. SPAMBut there are alot of CO2 fire extiguishers out there. SPAMC just means it can be used on an electrical fire with making the fire worse. SPAMWhich may be something usefull to have on hand in case all that moddin' goes really wrong. SPAMEither that or have a lab table that doubles as an ejection seat to eject an expirement gone wrong. SPAMJust make sure it points at the neighboors house. SPAM;D

Anytime you have electricity and heat you can have Fire.
Just be careful and above remember, don't try this at home. go over to a friends house, that way if you burn it down you still have a place to stay and don't lose all your stuff.
