lo guys i really love to play firearms, and i have loads of cool demos where i kick ass,and i want to make a music video when i make some bloody headshots and stuff but...............
my problem is i want to get the demos to avi or mpg, i am sure there are much ways to do this so please tell me one !

have you tried like quake sites? where they have anything about quake?
