Ok a while back my computer fried the power supply sparked pretty big and had to replace it. Well the problem i had an E-machines W2646 and it originally came with a 250w PS and I'm getting a new one soon and was wondering - would my comp work with the 350w? or should i go with a lower voltage?

P.S. I'm not really technical savvy so...

It should work just fine with the 350, as the computer will only draw what it needs. The larger concern is the dimensions of the replacement PSU as it may not fit in the e-machines tower. You may want to either take the old one to see if the replacement will fit or do some research on it.
