PC Apex has come up with twelve handy tweaks (http://blogs.pcapex.com/node/65)for Windows Vista (A.K.A Windows ME Version 2). We at TWL think it would take a few hundred tweaks to make any sort of impact on Vista but then every little bit helps. Aside from our rant the guide is neatly done and broken into easy to follow steps.
