enV ringtones

So I just bought a vx9900. (the enV), and I should very much like to create my ring tones, in fact I have. However, Ic an't seem to find away to get the phone to recognizer them without buying a data cable. I bought a 2GB MicroSD for it, and set up the "ringers" folder and all that fun stuff, but I don't want to have to buy a cable for it just to get the ringtones to work, when I can do everything else with my USB reader for my MicroSD card. Anybody got a suggestion?

Actually, if it was supposed to require a cable for that, you might want to bring this to the attention of Consumerist. If it's not, then I'll see what I can find, since I've never used an enV.
