Will the privacy directive proposed by the European Commission crumble the cookie for good? If the European Parliament plenary assembly says "yay" on November 13, and if then the EU Council of Ministers follows that up with yet another "yay," euro-surfers may indeed find themselves re-entering all their tasty personal data again and again.
