What is the best UPS?

What is the best UPS for a home computer if i want to have 15-20 minutes of backup time if the power goes out. SPAMI am looking for something that will save the work and shutdown at the end of the battery life. SPAMI am also looking to spend no more than 130 bucks. SPAMGot any ides?

I have heard a lot of good things about APC's UPS products. I saw one for as low as $85 that'll give you about 1 hour and 23 minutes worth of back up time. I believe APC UPS's are what we use in the office. SPAMHere's the website:
