FYI-Tried your link 3-4 times, I can get to the form, but when I try to submit, keep getting page can't be displayed. ĀSPAMI'm on MSN explorer right now, I might try later on Netscape. ĀSPAM

Update 8/04, link worked fine today, probably just my local hick.com ISP SPAM::)
