Default start up problems

Hi All Can Anyone Help me im not the best at pc's so please dont be too technical

i have a
patriot G320 series laptop and i have some start up problems

about 15 months old and when i start it up it goes to the screen that asks you if you want to start it up in safe mode etc

i have tried safe mode and it goes down a list of words and does nothing even after about 10 mins wait i have also tried the others to no success and when i click to start up normally it begins to start up and it gets to the xp load up screen just before the users come up on the next screne and then it starts to make a continous high bleeping noise from main speekers

please can anyone help thanks

While it is booting up press F8 repeatedly (doesn't have to be fast). A boot menu will pop up and one of the options is "last known good configuration." Try this first.

If this still fails, if you have a windows XP boot disc, try putting it in and repairing XP.

If you can't get anything to work in safe mode, I would recommend rebooting your OS system next.
