Over at AMD Zone is a review of the Thermaltake Dragon Orb III HSF unit. Here's some blurbbage from the article:

The last HSF we reviewed by Thermaltake was the Mini Copper Orb. It performed fairly well and was a good attempt at stepping into the higher-end cooling market. Today we take a look at a new beast, The Dragon Orb III. Like the Copper Orb, the Dragon Orb has a huge copper base. However, Thermaltake has chosen to take a different approach to the cooling procedure. Instead of placing the fan inside the heatsink, a separate housing is mounted above which contains the fan. This allows a larger and more powerful fan to be used. Currently, the unit is shipping in a 4900RPM and 7000RPM flavor. Today, we take a look at the 7000RPM model.

I got the Dragon Orb III in my AMD 1800 oc at 35C but a bit too loud. SPAMI took it out and replaced it with OCZ Goliath which is barely less loud. SPAMMay be an ALPHA 8045 next.
