my system contains an AMD Thunderbird 1000@1200.
I´ve already risen the core voltage to 1,85V and
I/O voltage to 3.5V(default is 3.3). My question is, what happens if I raise the voltage further, can I burn my CPU or other components? And do I get more stability, if I raise it further, because my system is unstable with every setting under 3.5V.

Actually raising your voltage should cause more stability problems. SPAMIt raises the temperature and can cause lockups glithces and permant procesoor damage. SPAMYou just see how fast each individuall componet can go till you're system starts getting screwy. SPAMA Diffrent heatsinc and fan will normally help you push the envelope furnter with water cooling going to an extreme. SPAMBut all of this is in refrence to core voltage. SPAMDon't know much about the I/O voltage.

hmm, temps are not a problem*g*. got pretty radical aircooling solution( for pics go to voided warranty case gallery) and i don´t experience instbilities @3.5 v I/O. my core voltage is already at maximum (i had gread fun soldering my NIC leds to the front of my case, but i´m not going to solder around on my kt7-raid).
