Here at HardwareLogic we're passionate about all things computers and helping new enthusiasts dive head first into PCs. We know the difference between the X38 and 780i chipsets, we can tell you what latencies to look for when shopping for RAM and why, we're well versed on the different GPU cores, and, well, you get the idea. In short, we're geeks.

But lest anyone envision us as pocket-protector wearing social outcasts sitting at home on a Friday night engaging in WoW raids, rest assured, nothing could be farther from the truth (case reviewer Dave Montez not withstanding). We're more of the modern day techie, the kind that are more likely to give wedgies than to receive them. Behind the scenes, we're a lively bunch, and we never miss an opportunity to humiliate a fellow staff member, all for the sake of our readers. Never without a lesson, our latest antic serves as proof why you never make a bet you can't win. Or, as HL newsposter Mathew Miranda (RAID) would argue, never bet at HardwareLogic PERIOD...
