Cheap Motherboards with built in Video and Sound

Does anyone have any recommendations for a socket A mobo with intergrated sound and video?

Does have to have steller performance, as its only going ot be used as a word processor/email/browser/work type machine thingy.

Can be either DDR or not....dont really care.

Will have a 700-800Mhz Duron mounted on it.

You get the idea...nothing flash...just something ot do the job.
