Slickdeals posted a fanless 8800 GT recently for only $138 after rebate. Unfortunately it's expired now, but the reviews were really good. Shipped from newegg, will be receiving it in the next two days. Silence is golden

You can always replace the stock heatsink with an Arctic Cooling Accelero S1. It should give the same performance and same price.
