agp ddr voltage adjust. 7vrxp

i was just reading the review on the 7vrxp, and it said there were no agp and ddr SPAMvoltage adjustments. SPAMWell i have that board and in SPAMmy SPAMbois [f4] i have where i can adjust the SPAMvoltage. i not sure if its actually working SPAMbut i have it, SPAMwhy would this be

what type of board is it and who makes it?

it also might be different versions, and you might not be able to actually change it with safety devices on some boards. like overclocking athlons...you have to go change the connections on the core with graphite pencils so the chip thinks it is faster, cuz it just won work if you just change it in the bios
