512MB PC3200 400MHz DDR SDRAM DDR400 CAS 2 CL2 unbuffered. 184pin. Copper heat spreader

pretty nice stick... and the price is only 200 $.. so anyway i was wondering if it fit the via kt333 chipset motherboard.. or have i missed something.. if anyone here has either the pc3200 or the pc3000 ddram, then please write about your impressions...
