Whats Wrong With this Picture?

We had a user bring us a PC today with the hard drive you see below in it. They complained that they were unable to install Windows XP to the drive and were getting all sorts of errors from the install process and that the drive was unusually slow.

This drive was $450 in 1993. Wow how things have changed!!!

Not enough space would be by guess. I don't even think drives were 1GB back in '93.
