I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows 2000 prof on it. SPAMI also downloaded and installed internet explorer 5.5. SPAMThat is what i had running on it originally. SPAMI have installed all of the most recent drivers for each device and everything is working great except IE. SPAMWhenever I scroll on certain pages...including these forums....the windows keeps flashing a lot. SPAMAlmost like a strobe effect on the page. SPAMHas anyone had this problem, or does anyone know of how to fix it?
