Can someone help a newbie?

Hey, I have stumbled into the world of case modding, and I am hooked. I was wondering if someone could help me with info on LCD displays. I wanna setup one for the front of my computer to show Winamp songs, CPU temp, etc. Could someone direct me in the right direction with this.....any info would be GREAT, thanx alot.
