Slammer
10-22-2002, 08:24 PM
I'm 15, not 13.
Yes, I am really going for a degree in comp sci, and so far have been an A+ student.

I started when I was 14, I LOVE IT.
I'm gonna get a job teaching as soon as I turn 16, would have it now but they would not hire me till then.

Also almost worked for Thompson Multimedia, almost had the job, the last thing they asked was "How old are you?", and that was the end right there.

As for being the youngest one here, my b-day is april 6, 1987

bilo86
10-22-2002, 08:54 PM

I think Navid that there are more about your age. Many of the members are not really old.

xMerCLorDx
10-23-2002, 10:03 AM
what would you be teaching slammer?

BobyJo
10-23-2002, 10:30 AM
Why cut off your age at 51+.
People over 51 are not dead, I happen to be quite a bit over 51 and I have more time to spend attempting to help people now than I ever had.

MIK3
10-23-2002, 06:24 PM
BobyJo: good point. It shows that there is even if your not as young as your surrounding peers, the excitment of tech and computers never wears off...I like that. As for me, I will be 16 the 29th of March. Just barley beat all of the April's out there.

Navid
10-23-2002, 08:25 PM
i think im still the youngest lol.... Dec 4 1987 hehe

MIK3
10-23-2002, 09:22 PM
Haha. Yah, Id have to agree with you on that one, barely made the 87' marker, good deal.

Actually, old IS a state of mind. You THINK old, then you ARE old!
Otherwise, what I see is me like I was in college, perhaps. Just climb hills a little slower!!! :wavey:

eviltechie
10-24-2002, 06:46 PM
if one that is 20 or older yet think like a 10 years old then he/she is a retard

if one that is 20 or younger that thinks like a 50 years old then he/she has a decent brain...

byteguy
10-24-2002, 10:36 PM
who said anything about thinking like a 10 year old???

MIK3
10-26-2002, 02:24 AM
:rofl2: ugh....good one...but i think he was just using that as and example, if i am correct.

eviltechie
10-26-2002, 02:35 AM
i was just saying it

and using "one" makes it none offensive to anyone since im not pointing fingers

Mac_forever
10-26-2002, 02:36 AM
you are as old as you think your are or act.
I look younger than my actual age. Many people still ask for ID when I buy alcohol, and I am older than the min drinking age.
But I don't act my age, I am more mature than people my age. So I sometimes I feel young and sometimes older. It is how you think of yourself at any given moment.

eviltechie
10-27-2002, 03:13 PM
no one is talking about you

so stop being defensive when no one is offending you

when some one says "screw you" does that mean literally screw you?
NO

just drop it

10-27-2002, 08:46 PM
NP--just wondering, as the point is--you're as old/young as you feel!

I've seen ppl much younger than myself who are "old, old, old!"

(worked as an EMT for years--was constantly amazed at the age of some of those who who I picked up--boy, were they old! And when I was writing up the run sheet, I found most were at least 10 years younger than I!!

11-17-2002, 02:14 AM
no no

some posts were deleted and moved around before what i said

i wasnt talking to u Mac_Forever

that was quite a while ago and the matter is not worth bringing up

anyways...
are you guys interested in reading Nostrodomus's predictions?
you dont have to agree with it, maybe just keep an open mind i guess

i find it interesting where the second anti-christ he predicted is "Hister"
with some translations into "Hitler"

his third prediction of anti-christ was something related to Usama...

kinda weird eh?
i have a feeling that we are going to see more of Bin Laden...
i definately hope not...

MIK3
11-17-2002, 06:44 PM
Well, yes I too believe that we will see more of Osama due to the fact that those tapes are starting to reviel that he probaly is still alive. And as for Nostradumas (however you spell it), I just declar him a Nostra-Dumbass.

Mac_forever
11-18-2002, 12:53 AM
I do believe Nostrodomus's predictions. They have been right on all the time. Now what I am afraid of are his predictions about future conflicts.

MIK3
11-18-2002, 09:55 PM
Ah, I can recall a "prediction" that he made..member about the one that he predicted about the twin towers falling, and then a WWIII? Where's the war? Did it pass?

eviltechie
11-18-2002, 10:20 PM
he did not predict WWIII would follow immediately
what does 3 more years mean to calculations done about 500 years ago?

who knows what unless one has been into the future and come back

Mac_forever
11-18-2002, 11:58 PM
That would be unbelievible for him or anyone to travel in the future and record was happening or had happened and tell that to the world like Nostrodomus. You know that many of hius predictions have come within 2 or three years of when he wrote. So we might have WWIII in the next 2-3 years, if not earlier ie possibility of war w/ Iraq.

jc_lopez02
11-22-2002, 01:24 PM

Lets just say I'm in the top %7.
Theres nothing wrong with Nostradomus' predictions. The problem lies in, DUH, the people who are supposedly correctly decipering them.

11-25-2002, 02:41 AM
Ah, I can recall a "prediction" that he made..member about the one that he predicted about the twin towers falling, and then a WWIII? Where's the war? Did it pass? No it hasn't. But Bush will soon correct that.

eviltechie
11-25-2002, 03:13 AM

Taken care of. It's almost funny that some one comes in refuting some absent arguement about political predictions. And, ironically, it came from a real techie's ISP: AOL.
