One need a shutdown app(win32 shutdown from http://www.drxsolutions.com and a mouse start (to get all the logitech goodies) though.

I don't exactly get what it's supposed to do, other than apparently speed up your computer. SPAMIs it a hack of Windows, kind of, that gets rid of nearly everything?

It doesn´t really get rid of much I can start any program
I want to run (even control panel) the shortcut on top
bar a oneclick buttons just like the ones at the bottom of
w98.
