When I start my computer it says biibiiiiiiip instead of just one single bip.
If I restart it, then this doesn't work, it again says biibiiiiiip. When I plug out and then plug in again this time it works. Is this a virus? :))))
What can I do? Which card is bad, now?

look into your motherboard manual

it should tell you what one short and one long means

I looked at the manual it says the following problem:
Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information
Video (Mono/CGA Display Circuitry) issue.

I already tried to "shake" screen card but it didn't help so much. What can be the exact problem?

take the video card totally out and put it totally back in (called reseating). Make sure it's in there firmly

A lot of the newer mobo's have a rear lock on the video card.
This prevents the rear of the video card from moving up and out of the socket when tightening the screw at the front end of the card.
If you do not have the rear locking device.
Be sure you check the rear of the video card after the screw is in place at the front of the video card, be sure and look to see if the rear of the tab that goes down into the slot, is down all the way.
If the tab on the video card is not down all the way, you will have to remove the video card and with a pliars adjust the front screw hole metal as to prevent the tab from being forced upwards when installing a screw in this holdown tab.
This is sort of hard in describing the modifing procesedure.
