when is the winxp tablet PC coming out?

As of now, Windows XP Tablet PC Edition (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/tabletpc/default.asp) has been released to developers. The release is supposed to be sometime this month according to Seattle Times (http://archives.seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/texis.cgi/web/vortex/display?slug=summit23&date=20020523&query=CEO+Summit).

I haven't found anything yet directly from MS about the release dates.

Do a search around here. I think there's already a Tablet PC thread floating around (because I think I posted in it). Regardless, the release is coming soon. I've used a prototype of a Windows XP Tablet PC already, and it was basically ready to go. As for some magical official release date...I have no clue.

thats the event when u have to register to get into this place and see demonstrations

but when exactly is the thing coming out?
