Toms Hardware did a round-up of 55 Coolers for AMD Processors.
Yo AI, I'll give you three guesses what HSF beat them all. (hint; I'm not so worried about temps now)
Get the massive review here! (http://www17.tomshardware.com/cpu/02q3/020916/index.html)

With a measured noise level of more than 60 dB(A), the CAK-II 38 is easily four times as loud as the previous cooler.
mistake there
its 10^20 times louder if compared to a 40 dB(A) fan
decibal is compared by ten fold
but u guys get the idea of how loud my delta is...

looks like Swiftech still holds the crown for ok
its so heavy though...
and the resistors gets in the way on some mobos
but wow, the HHC-001
AI, u chose a good one! :)

Yup, and knowing what will happen if your HSF falls off on an AMD board (link (http://www.techwarelabs.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=2382)) will make you think twice about putting one of those on your CPU.
We have to give it to the head of the class, the HHC-001 from CoolerMaster - its innovative heat pipe system gives it an unmistakable edge.

what would be better is to have a 80mm or 92mm fan for the HCC-001
and it would be undeniably good!
