New parts? what ya think?

I don't have much $$$. So I'm going with these...

That PS says only supports to 1.1 ghz. I guess a 1.13 @ maybe 1.2 or 3 will be fine right?

Well, SPAM..... I would feel uncomfortable with the PS and one fan. Athlons do tend to run hot and you are on the threshold with the PS and one fan may not be enough.
Then you may not be inserting many cards, maybe I missed a post or something as to your real intent with it..

but i guess it is amd certified....
