Their is the proper spelling. But the use is wrong. Their is possessive. You should be using there. So the proper way of wording this would be.

no it always changes
atm im learning how to do cookies so i can start working on a challenge site
you will be given 30 seconds to answer the questions, once complete your form is submitted
a cookie is placed on load on your computer which expires the date of the next challenge

yes but how are you gonna prevent people from cheating, thier are still ways, remember you're on a tech forum.
Make it so that people have to log in to do the challange.
Use a backend database...forget the cookies for this, too easy to cheat.
