okay well in html it looked like the signon page. Of course it's a hoax so i entered "get bent" and submitted. I got a thank you and redirected to some truste.e-bay.org site. So be careful, don't give up your password, it's scam i'm sure. Couldn't find an e-mail address on e-bay to submit a copy of the e-mail to though to shut this down. So I'll just pass it to ya'll for now.
