your running AMD.. trust me.. you shouldnt be able to go higher.. get a pentium celeron and watch it go sky high, but yet amd still has the performance factor. i got a 1.73 2100+ and people are saying im insane when i am raising it only 100mhz because its palomino and not throughbread.. i dont think yours is throughbread so i wouldnt suggest overclocking it more then 200mhz.. and how long have you had it overclocked? i shorted out two of my power supplies because my CPU was going insane, two weeks after the first overclock.

mine is tbird as in Thunderbird
it is made to OC high up to 1.6GHz and 1.5 with no problems for most of the ppl

ill need some expert advices
