AIW 7500 Versus AIW 9000

I can get either the aiw 7500 or the aiw 9000. My main uses for this will be video capture and some moderate gaming. PC is a 2.66 ghz machine with 512 meg of ram.

Which one should I go with?

with such fast processor and memory, why not go with a fast card? even the 9000 is becoming outdated.. dont even think about the 7500.. if you cant get the aiw 9700 get the 9000

Can the AIW 9000 be purchased in the states? I've seen some on eBay from Canada and on UK websites, but nothing in the US.
