new system woes....help!

hey people, need some help...heres my system, that wont boot.

Athlon XP 1800+
Epox 8KMM+ (onboard sound, video, lan)
Crucial DDR PC 2100
WD 20 gig 7200rpm
350w PS

it wont even boot, no beeping, no floppy drive flashy, no video signal. ahhhhhhhh!

any ideas are greatly appreciated!

reseat ram
check PSU

and take all of the PCI cards out and test them one by one

since its epox
does it have the LED coding on the mobo?

see what code it is at after freezing
and look into the mobo manual

reseated the ram, no worky still
power supply is working correctly, the mobo powers on, and fan spins
no pci cards, all is onboard
maybe i'll take off the cpu and reseat it, i'm sure i gotit on there the right way, if it was installed incorrectly will it screw too much up?

there is one red led onthe board, but i left the manual at work, was reading it there trying to figure out whats wrong. i'm downloading the manual from epox now though.

the led just stays on, solid. doesn't do anything.

isnt there a 88digits LED display?

you can tell me the code and i can try and find out what the code means for ya

oh ok, no then. there is just a single red led onthe board. no digit display. i've emailed epox already, should hear from them in a few days.

grrrrr, this is for a friend. i hope i dont have to send anything back, he needs this thing soon.
