Well, my work just gave me a Fujitsu P1000 (http://webshop.fujitsupc.com/fpc/Ecommerce/buildseriesbean.do?series=P1) for a while. I've been messing around with it a little bit over the past 24 hours, and it's pretty nifty. It has built-in 802.11b, which I've been using, and has pretty good battery life. The aspect ratio of the screen is a little weird (1024x600), but it's a tiny device as a whole. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a practical extended-use device, becasue the keyboard is really quite small, but it'd be great to take along for trips, or watch a movie on a plane, or something.
One kind of interesting aspect of the device is that it features both a pointing stick (on the keyboard, between the letters G, H, B, and N, like IBM has done for a while), as well as touchscreen LCD (with included stylus).
The device also features one PCMCIA slot, two USB ports, SVGA output via an included dongle. As there are no removable media drives physically attached to the device, a USB floppy drive is included with the package as well.
You can check out a few pictures of it here (http://p14nd4.com/keefe/lifebook/).
