I have just installed the Radeon 9000. Seems to cause conflicts with the integrated audio. When I play music or streaming video then my system locks up. I have a reasonably fresh install of OS. Newest BIOS has been flashed. Most current drivers installed for all, including the 9000 and MBO AGP driver. Was working fine with previous video card? Went into system by and set to 4X AGP and 128M aprature. Both video and sound share IRQ 11? Could this be the problem? I looked to see if I could change either from 11 without results. I am running XP PRO also.

I will ask one more time.
Did you do a new install of your OS when installing the new video card? If you did not, did you make sure all the remnants of the files for the old video card has been removed form the OS before installing the new video drivers?
This is the one thing that really causes these type of problems.
If you don't know how to completely remove all the files and remnants of the drivers.
I suggest to reformat and reinstall the OS with no vid drivers.
After you have the OS installed, then install the mobo drivers, then the video drivers, then the rest of your hardware drivers.
I think if you will do this, you will have no problems with the video card.
