Moved Win2k

Ok I have two hard drives, when I installed Win2k it wasnt working correctly, I ended up installing it on both. Now I want to move the info I want to the 60 gig and format the 10 gig for a linux or lindows. In any case I got everything moved that I want but when I restart without the 10 gig I cant get past the login. How do I change the login settings to be with the 60 gig drive? Also I format a harddrive with fdisk on a floppy, right?
