I don't think deleting this post would be appropriate. Although the program abefroman requested can be used for illegal activities, he doesn't state that as his intentions in his post. The program can be used for legitimate purposes and I do have doubts about his reason for using it, but that is not justification enough for me to delete the post.

However, the higher powers to be may have a different opinion than I so don't expect my decision not delete the post as the final word.

if he had explained his (alleged :P) true purpose in the start, and not make it sound like a n00b crawling forums to get brute force cracking proggies to look uber 1337 to his <r3\/\/ on quakenet.. then i wouldn't of over reacted

but lately we've been getting quite a few of em and it's getting annoying, and as they aren't being deleted they keep coming...

Like it or not, this is a free country and the very notion of censorship is just as bad as the alleged offense.

Two wrongs don't make it right.

With that being said, I must point out that this message board is privatly owned and opperated. If the individuals in charge feel a post is inappropriate, then I have every confidence in them that they would take the appropriate action.

Also, be grateful that the opperators of this message board don't use strong arm tactics controlling the content like other message boards do.

try searching for l0pht crack there is a 15 day trial

How it works is it searches your network (if you are admin)

and searches for common passwords then checks even deeper. (this takes a while)

Ive heard it works well im gonng hack my School network next year when i get the password for admin

The first few that pop up should be ones to check

Default Brutus

Go to google.com, type in simply "brutus," and the first site on the list is the program's home page. The download page link is at the top of the page.
