help!

Hello! I would like to know what to do when you can't talk on MSN. I have Windows ME and my mother has XP and I can not chat with her. I have checked my microphone and everything seems to be working. The voice test is working and all systems are go so what can the problem be.

Make sure hers is working fine. Also try another program, yahoo has a good chat program as well.

Another overlooked great program is NetMeeting. It ain't bad if you have no other chioces ;)
