Radeon soft mad

I have an ATI Radeon 9500 and i believe its the soft modable one, any one know where to download it from, also i have a 3dmark2001 se mark of 9382, this seams low to me,i maybe wrong.

well without knowing the rest of your specs there is no way to iknow if its good or not, also check rage3d.com, i have a 9500 too, but it's not modable because the memory blocks are in one line, if you have to rows of 2 then you are moddable
