Default New house...

We're moving in tomorrow. They still haven't taken alot of thier stuff out (including a dining table and a grandfather clock).

Now the point of this post....

one of the rooms was painted by the grandfather of the x-married couple for thier children (well one of the 3 - notice the balloon says 'Jonathan's Jungle Book').....

this is.....wow

no, it's in Mansfield. We managed to close before the tax rates spiked.

it's going to be my parent's study.

the divorced lady that lived there last, left her husband's stuff there for him to get which he obviousely hasn't. This is going to be my room, as you can see, inside is the husband's computer (OLD AT system). It might not be worth much, so I don't mind if he takes it. But I hope he leaves that relativly new 17" monitor

the first suggestion i would give is to stay away from vynil all you hard work will go into tears and dents. Alot of times its hard to do anything while in college as they keep ya pretty busy. The best timesaving tips i can give you is plan well(its better to have too much than to little) and buy, burrow or rent the best tools you can get your hands on. Thers nothing more frustrating than doing a job with a cheep tool quality will save you time in the long run. Ill make the suggestion that if you are renting the appartment than to talk to your landlord they may work you a deal and make you not pay rent for working on the appt
