Well, could you try to be a little more specific in your description?
Ex:
I configured my BIOS to use the CD-ROM as the first boot device, and then boot from my Windows XP Professional CD. I press F6 at the designated time, to indicated that I want to specify additional 3rd-party SCSI or RAID drivers. I can successfully select the correct driver from the floppy disk, once it gets to that stage, and then the installation continues. It asks me if I want to repair, install, or exit, and I select install. After pressing F8 to accept the license agreement, it gives me an error that no volumes can be found for Windows instalation, and I have to restart.
-----------------
Right now I have no idea what to tell you, because I have no idea when it fails, how it fails, what's going on to make it fail...etc. There are several things that could be causing this, but only certain things cause certain problems, so we need to know exactly what the problem is, other than "it fails."
Also, if you would please refrain from shouting, we'd all be greatly appreciative. We're trying to help, so there's no need to get angry.

In your opening statement:
you say you do "not"have the drivers on a floppy disk,
you copied them from the mobo install disk.
"Where did you copy them to"?
Omega askes you to be more descriptive in what you are expierencing. That would be a good thing to do.
Explain exactly what you are doing and what happens where.
I am sure someone here could be able to help you.
