Default Nimbda is back

I can't believe it. The Nimbda raised its ugly head again!

I thought we were rid of it, but am told it will never be gone unless we rebuild all of our servers (and we apparently have many)

With good administrators it shouldn't be any trouble at all. If they are just wanna be admins well you'll be stuck with more issues than just Nimbda.

Isn't life great! And Savage ya that did sound somewhat sarcastic

When I was working at an ISP one of our web servers was infected with Nimda. The noc guys had to reformat it and reinstall windows 2k, however, as soon as it got back up it was re-infected right away.  That happened several times for that server.  Nevertheless, it never came back up--they just setup a new unix server to take its place.
