Default Problems w/ unattended installation of Win2000pro

I was hoping someone out there might have an answer for me...
I wasn't able to find anything w/ a google search. I thought someone might have had a similar problem but no luck.

I'm doing an unattended install of 2000pro w/ answer files. I have
a folder setup w/ Deploy tools (setupmngr, sysprep, unattend files...) , a
win2000dist folder . All shared w/ the proper permissions. *** this is on
my 2000 Server computer***

I connect w/ a Network Boot disk from my target computer. Map to the Deploy folder and am now ready to run the unattended.bat to start it all off... BUT I receive an error message " Bad command or filename "
!!!

My instructor can't figure it out. The students here can't figure it out.
My instructor thought it was a bad Command.com on my boot disk, so I
tried a different Net Boot disk. Same result ... no good . The Bat.file is good ... it runs on the Server & kicks off the install (*installs to the server)
but my target computer tells me its a " Bad command or filename "

Where am I going wrong ??????? Anyone?????
