i claim all credit for finding this bug, nobody steal it off me :P

first you'll need tweakui and to disable shortcut to on new shortcuts
on your desktop create a shortcut, and give it a name of the text of a hyperlink on a site
goto the site, right click and drag the hyperlink onto the desktop and drop it
you now have a shortcut with *no name*, attached is a pic of my desktop with an icon with no text (and i know it could of been edited easily, so im going to put a background picture which would make it difficult for me to screw with)
