Default Real Mini systems

For all the SFF fanatics out there check this out.

This is by far the smallest system Ive seen yet. I can easily see the day when a system like this outperforms the best full size system available to the consumer. Now all they have to do is find a way to fit an optical drive in there.

BTW if you think that there is no system out there right now that won't outperform the best consumer available full size system, your kidding yourself. It's amazing what Uncle Sam has years before its available to the public.

looks very intreasting. Does it use a compact flash card as memory or hard drive??

On the exhibition TRONSHOW 2004 taking place in Japan was shown the set of interesting computer decisions. Microcomputer T- forelock was the most interesting exhibit in my view.





This computer was developed T -Engine and by company NEC. T- forelock most of all strikes with its sizes - width of 52 mm x the depth of 52 mm x a height of 45 mm, weight - 165 grams.





In the computer is used MIPS processor NEC VR5701 by clock frequency of ya00MGts, 'yaMb or y28Mb of memory. T- forelock also has slot for Compact Flash maps of memory, two USB 1.1 ports, Rs-232c, Ethernet adapter, audio entrance and output.

T- forelock it makes it possible to derive the image through the D- sub- with the permission to 1280 Oct. 1024 pikseley. As OS is used the personal development of company - T -Kernel (on basis of T -Shell).


WASPS includes the Internet browser, text editor, graphic editor and other applications. In sale T- forelock it will enter during March 2004.
