This is a very true and accurate article. As a retired Telecommunications Engineer- in Fiber Optics/Digital Carrier Systems/DACS/ Digital Concentrators/etc, I can assure you this is true, Mitnick is telling the truth, I am very familliar with everything he says, so would any other Digital Telecommunications Egineer/Tech.

It is the Sprint Lawyers that are stupid, I have yet to see a bright one. Most are marginal to put it mildly, as they barely qualified to be one. Sprint only hires them to keep the public at bay and not to get too close to any Company inside info- as this article details. The public is entitled to a lot more info than they can get from Sprint- simply because these knuckleheaded legal misfits will force them to get a court order to obtain info that is theirs to begin with.
And yes, I have had several legal confrontations with them myself.
A very good article.

Thats probally why they replaced Sprint employees with a talking computer name "Claire."

Its the only thing I really hate about sprint, every time that you call you have to talk to the freakin computer unless you yell "human" "person" "lemme talk to a real living thing."

Yes, very true. Phone company voice dication is about the worst. I don't know why they even use that, with everyone probably screamin for humans...The only result is mad customers.
