Default Microsoft buys China

Well not really buys it, yet, but they try to undo the large Linux movement that started in China last year.  http://www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/industr...eut/index.html

Yeah, all this in the same week that China announced that it was cutting off 300,000 internet users there , all but wiping out china's small group of interet users. China has never wanted an open country will not yet permit one.
Poor old stupid Bill is just pouring his stock holders money down a rat hole with no expectations of returns, makes you wonder. Much more to this than what meets the eye.

All great point to ponder Jinx.  China isn't exactly a country to just jump up and trust.  How many remember when our turbo prop aircraft "ran down"  :-/ their jet fighter.  If our prop driven aircraft can take out a Chinese fighter just what the hell is our Fighter aircraft going to do to their's ???.  Somethings rotten in Denmark and it isn't just the cheese.

IMHO, he should be going after Linux elsewhere, where computers are actually at least somewhat common, if he wants any results; but this just proves that MS has been a planned monopoly and will continue to be a planned monopoly. That is a waste of stockholder's money if you ask the stockholders, but not if you ask the commie Chinese gov't.
